Exclusive Vendor Email - Basic Template Specs

The Exclusive Vendor Email Template is similar in design and layout to the National Spotlight Email.

The Intro Section opens with a large banner graphic partnered with a concise offer title and short offer description. This is followed by either two or four Product Modules, each with a square graphic, tagline, and supporting copy.

General Guidelines

ALL ASSETS DUE: 2 Weeks Before Scheduled Send Date

Your Discount Offer must be loaded to the discount program through your Abenity Vendor Admin prior to the email send date.

Copy: Copy should be concise and clearly communicate the value to Abenity members.

Images: All images should be of professional quality, photographic, and should be created at 72dpi in RGB format. Images may include the vendor’s logo.

Terms & Conditions: Can be included as required and referenced with footnotes throughout the email. T&C's will be placed below the footer of the email.

Abenity reserves the right to edit copy and manipulate images as needed in order to maintain the look, style, and voice of standard Abenity member communication. Proofs of email campaigns will be provided prior to delivering to members.

Intro Section

Banner Image: One (1) 1272px wide x 792px tall banner. The banner should be a simple photographic image with the vendor logo. No copy or call to action should be included on the banner, as that will be added separately through the email template.

Offer Title: Offer title must be 60 characters or less. Titles should clearly state the discount / value being offered to Abenity members, including percent or dollars off purchase price if applicable.

Supporting Offer Copy: Supporting copy must be 40 words or less. Copy should be concise and clearly elaborate on the value being provided to Abenity members through the vendor’s offer.

Landing Page URL: The “View Offer” button may link to the Abenity Discount Program or directly to the vendor's website. Please specify the preferred landing page URL to be associated with the Intro Section.

Product Modules

You may (optionally) provide two or four product modules. Each module consists of a graphic, tagline, supporting copy, and link. You must provide Product Modules in sets of two (i.e. please deliver two or four of each item requested below).

Product Images: Two (2) to four (4) 1208px wide x 744px tall banners. Each banner should be a simple photographic image. No copy or call to action should be included on the banner, as that will be added separately through the email template. Please note - this image will be scaled down to 280px wide x 168px tall for desktop email clients.

Product Tagline: Provide a tagline to be associated with each image, no more than 45 characters long.

Supporting Product Copy: Provide supporting copy to be associated with each image, no more than 75 words long.

Landing Page URL: The “View Offer” buttons may link to the Abenity Discount Program or directly to the vendor's website. Please specify the preferred landing page URL to be associated with each module.
