My AMC eTickets are stating invalid, but I haven't used them yet.

If you are using the AMC app or their online webpage to redeem your tickets, there may cases that cause your vouchers to temporarily "lock out". This means, if your session times-out or you exit the app/browser in the middle of your session, the tickets will temporarily state "invalid" if you try again quickly after. If this happens, please wait 10-15 minutes and try again and the issue should be resolved. If this continues, we suggest reaching out to AMC directly first here, https://www.amctheatres.com/help  After doing so, you should be contacted by Guest Services, who will work with you to resolve.
